Registration Guidelines:

  • For any kind of participation Registration is Compulsory.
  • Please produce your registration number, confirmation letter or payment receipt at the registration counter.
  • Accompanying persons (spouse & children) are not allowed inside the scientific sessions.
  • Children above 5 years of age have to be registered as accompanying person.
  • Children below 5 years of age have to be also registered (free of charge) for security and logistics reasons.
  • For offline Registrations, registration form is mandatory along with payment.
  • While paying through cheque / DD, write your Name on backside of Cheque/DD.
  • Registration must be made via offline forms / online system only.
  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment.
  • All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
  • The date of receipt of payment is decisive for the registration. If the payment has not been received before the deadlines, then even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration.
  • Please ensure to wear your registration badge (bar coded) throughout the conference.
  • PG Students should submit the bonafide certificates from Head of the Department / Institute along with registration FORM.
  • Organizing Committee is not liable in any form in case of change in dates or venue due to unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation Policy :

    • No Cancellation or Refund for Registration Fees for Demonstration & Hands on Workshops.
    • Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat by e-mail to acsicondaman@gmail.com
    • Cancellations received before or on March 15, 2018 – 50% of the total will be refunded.
    • There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 15, 2018.
